I found this book really helpful for me personally, because sometimes I see myself as an emotional monster, Where I can't handle it out of nowhere and I am not doing it purposely. I really enjoyed this audiobook: It's a great guide with lots of great advice on how to deal with anxiety. As someone that gets easily overwhelmed, i found this audiobook very helpful, and it gives advice that are easily applicable.
