I really loved this book. I have been following Jack Dee since he presented Top of the Pops and performed in The Comedy Store.
It's amazing that he still is so original.
What a great way to start 2022 - you have to get this book.

I enjoyed the dry humour of the writing and the variety of vocal talent used to act out the vignettes.

I have been a fan of Jack Dee for decades, and this book certainly matches the tone that he is known for. The format is something I haven't seen him do before, so it felt like something new, but the jokes felt a little predictable. Entertaining, but I didn't laugh out loud.

Loved this book listened to it in my car driving from Devon to Hertfordshire and back The journey was not so boring...I hope there will be another in this series.. Jack Dee reading it was sublime.. I had a few strange looks from other road users as I laughed alone in my car..
