This story is about Wendy; her horse, Tattoo; Cecil; and a racehorse named Cecil's Ghost. Cecil calls the racehorse Looper, which is a nickname for a caddie. A caddie carries the golf clubs for the golfer. Cecil has taught Looper many tricks to help him with his golf game.
