Though he’s living the high life, Sir Roderick yearns for another quest–a dragon to slay or a villainous plot to foil. A visit to the Elven Bureau of Investigation reveals that they are still looking for a list of the Beandom’s most wanted. However, when he agrees to help, he confronts the Needler–a man who can bring people to their knees with his words. To vanquish this formidable foe, Sir Roderick makes a wish at a cursed wishing well to give him the power to resist the Needler’s attacks, with no idea how steep of a price the well requires. Even then, he can’t defeat the Needler alone and must assemble a team to avenge the Needler’s atrocities. But even as he rides off into battle, the well’s curse hangs over him…
