It is April 1939 and unaware that the German war machine is advancing towards the Channel Islands, 17-year-old Meg Colivet and her sister are enjoying a holiday in Oxford with their aunt. Slow start but soon got going into a lovely story with just a few predictable twists and turns.
Narrator was brilliant,one of my favourites.
