About this listen

I didn’t know I was losing myself over and over until I woke up. I lost myself when my marriage ended, when people didn’t like me, when my body failed me, and on many days when things were simply bad.

I started to ask myself…. Who am I?

Who is the girl inside without the titles, without the fears and doubts, without my body, without my people?

Then something important changed. I learned to be still and listen.

The more I listened and got to know Her, the more She woke up. The more She woke up, the more I understood about my creation and the experience of this life.

Finding myself didn’t require a yoga retreat to Costa Rica. I didn’t spend a year as a Buddhist Monk. There was no month-long trip to Paris to paint and eat croissants. There was just me asking myself questions and paying attention to the answers. I found my true self in my regular everyday life.

Waking her up has illuminated my life, my relationships, and changed the course of my universe.

If you never wake up, are you really alive?

There is an awakening happening within women. It’s time…. Are you ready to Wake Her Up?

I liked the book as it charts one woman's relationship to life, and the hurdles that she perceives in her mind. The book talks about how she alters that Relationship to her favour as she navigates through the difficulties that arise. Some solid concepts that we can all apply to improve our self worth, relationships and life.
