Summary

First there was the Voice of Reason, but now there is the Voice of Rage.

Harley Mason, you may love her or hate her, but never underestimate her. As the Masons settle down to a more normal life following the death of three family members, a shocking discovery of a schoolgirl found dead in nearby woods starts the finger pointing once again. Lewis Sanders, the detective on the case, struggles to believe that a teenage girl is capable of such a horrific crime. Yet the discovery of a second body could put Harley Mason in the frame. Is the evidence staring at him in the face, or is there more to it? Proving a link between the Gemini Gene and higher functioning psychopaths had been Dr Katherine Renee’s sole purpose until she had to discontinue the study. Now, she questions her own sanity. So, desperate to convince the police that Harley is the killer, is Dr Renee harbouring a dark secret of her own?

Like this author but story was too weird.

I listened to the first book in this series and it was really good but I found this one too weird. I had to race through a few chapters as it got in my nerves but at other times i was really Keen to hear it all. I hope that’s the last one as it was just a bit
silly.

disappointed

I really feel disappointed. I absolutely love kerry Barnes books and can't wait for the next one to come out. this one by far was my least favourite. I really hope the next one isn't about the gemini gene.

Another great listen

I loved the story and The twists and turns the only criticism was on occasions it was difficult to keep up with the names of the police officers … however, overall a cracking story

Breathtaking from start to finish!

I did not want this book to end! I needed to listen to the last chapter of Voice of Reason to regain my memory of the key characters and once I had, I couldn’t put this audiobook down.
Annie Aldinton is so incredibly talented and masterful in bringing every character to life! I couldn’t imagine a Kerry Barnes book not being narrated by Annie, I think I would actually ‘hear’ Annie’s voice if I read a paper version of Kerry’s books.
Thank you and please hurry to bring the next book/s to continue this fabulous series.
