It's been a few weeks since I read this - and it's settling better than i expected. when i'd just finished it, it felt like it was 2 or 3 hours too long. And the end was a little complex.

But now it's been a few weeks, i find myself thinking about the characters, which is always a sign of a complex and richly drawn character. Will definitely read their next book.
