The first 80% of this novel is excellent. Unfortunately the author appears to have sucumbed to pressure to produce a 'happy ending', and appantly re-wrote the ending. I would be very interested t didn't make senseo read the original version. Having said that, it's still a brilliant book and I greatly enjoyed it.

The reading was very competent, although at times it seemed rushed, ...not in pace, but some phrasing missed the meaning.

As soon as I’d finished, i wanted to go right back and listen all over again. ‘Nuff fucken said, boy. You got yer Mozarts and yer Immanuel Kants all a-mushed up with the wrong Shrodie kittens, and now to add to thems, yer DBC Pierres. Just how it is, is all.
