As always Eve does everything she can to claim justice for the dead but this time the dead are not the only victims and Roarke's past complicates every move Eve makes. They are both stubborn and both don't hesitate to protect the other with their lives, making this an explosive case with plenty of verbal sparring, dangerous chases and hot lovin'. This is a series that will never be boring, the unexpected leaps out of every page with a quirky cast you cannot help but love.

enjoying the series but the more it goes on I wonder if this is where the LJ James got her idea for Fifty Shades of Grey. millionaire - Working Girl. lots of sex scenes but without the S&M of Grey. I like the stories but sometimes the sex scenes get a bit boring and skip over them to get back to the story.

The level of crazy in this book was incredible not only the son who did the killing but the mother who indoctrinate the son. After all she was going to be a nun so the son she had was a message from God that they had to avenge her husbands death.
