Vampires are the worst. Trust me, I should know. I was raised by one.

I have four goals in life: Avoid vampires like the plague they are, eat the perfect grilled cheese sandwich, drink my body weight in booze, and avoid having to sell my body to pay my rent. Should be easy. Yeah right.

While pursuing these goals, I found myself accidentally caught in a conflict between a vampire lord and a group of over-zealous vampire hunters who are hell-bent on bringing forth the apocalypse. And the kicker? I'm the only one who can stop them. My name is Victoria Chevalier. I'm lazy, sarcastic, and generally unlikable, yet the fate of the world rests in my incapable hands.
