The techniques I learned from this book was great. The deep breathing and mindfulness information worked wonders.
This book also shows how minor adjustments can result in genuine peace and vitality and provides mild techniques like breathing, humming, and posture. This book is great but it doesn't guarantee a miracle so normal medical should not but replaced. Overall I recommend this book

Oh my God, what a good will of my heart to select such a topic! The title got my attention because before this, I didn’t even know about the vagus nerve. I quickly googled it and then found the answer. That’s when I started listening to the book. It opened a door for me showing how we need to understand it and how it helps solve so many situations in our body, especially the stress I’ve been suffering from. The narrator did great as well.
