I really loved this story. I think it was told with deep understanding and empathy but also with a wonderful wit capable of noticing the tiny moments of life whether sad or funny. I also loved the narration, he told the story brilliantly.

I think the overall story was quite a normal one, something you’d find happening all the time in one way or another. But the way it was told was brilliant. I loved the wit, the small details and comparisons in every day situations, I liked the characters and felt each of their despair, not disliking any but empathising with each. It highlighted how we’re all products of our experiences. I plan to go hunt some more of this authors work now

Loved it and found it hard to stop listening to. Jastin Salinger is the perfect narrator, his voice is sublime.

... but probably not my last. A sensitive, touching and at times very funny novel. Perfect narration too.
