This book contains 5 lessons approx 30 min. U do one lesson a day as recommended. U listen to a conversation, then that conversation is broken in parts with a translation. U will then be asked to repeat phrases, and then at a certain point the program will prompt u to ask u to answer questions, following which they give u an answer. I found it a good way to learn.
