The author does a great job of explaining how our childhood experiences can affect us in ways we may not even realize, and how to identify and overcome any negative patterns that may be holding us back.
What resonated with me the most was the information on taking action and making positive changes in your life. The author provides great tips on how to set goals and work towards them in a way that is both realistic and achievable.
Overall, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to unlock their inner potential and live their best life. The author gives great insights and practical tips that can help anyone overcome their past and achieve their goals.

These things impact us in the current and also can limit us in the future. This helpful guide can be leveraged to help navigate the journey. I highly recommend this.

So grateful for this audiobook. I think it complimented my therapy sessions perfectly as I learn how to get past some of the trauma I've been through. I think the reason is because this book helps articulate how and why this happens, and provides guidance that really does help to get past it. I'm not doing it justice, because I feel like it gave me so much more.

Ultimately, after listening I've started to feel more confident, and comfortable with the reality of my past. I re-wrote it after listening to Chapter 5, and now I'm communicating better with my partner instead of shutting down like I was before. Highly recommend!
