I got this for my younger brother, but ended up listening too, and honestly, it’s solid. It doesn’t talk down or try too hard to be cool, just gives real advice that makes sense. The exercises are simple once you try them. He said it helped him feel less weird in group stuff at school, and I’ve seen him open up more.

I got this for my teenage brother who always felt super awkward in group settings. He started listening during his bus rides, and I swear, he's more confident now he even asked someone to hang out last weekend huge deal for him. What I liked most is how real and practical the advice is. It’s not preachy or cheesy. If you’re shy or socially anxious, this is worth trying.

One of my brothers just hit the core of his teen years, which I remember were definitely some of the hardest. I wanted to read through it first to see what kind of stuff he’d be getting out of it and what I loved was that this was a modernized, simplified, and specified version of “how to win friends and influence people”. It was definitely adapted for teens, which makes it extremely practical and particularly useful for someone who’s interacting with a group of people that don’t always think and process the same as fully matured adults do. The chapter on navigating the digital space I think it’s going to be particularly helpful for my brother. I feel very grateful for this audiobook and I definitely recommend it to anyone who’s thinking about giving it a listen!

I loved this book. Great for teens or young adults on the spectrum also. It covers everything from recognizing social cues and understanding body language to handling social anxiety and navigating group conversations. The chapters on texting etiquette and online boundaries are especially helpful in today’s world. This book is relatable and easy to follow. I highly recommend.

written for teens, not just about them. The tips are real, easy to try out, and actually useful in day-to-day situations. It’s not preachy—it’s like getting advice from someone who gets how awkward things can feel, but also knows how to help you grow past it.
