I listened to this without even pausing
what an amazing book. An excellent outlook on life and how to change your perspective. it's one of if not one of the best self help books I've ever listened to. the main focus like many is self love but the way humble goes back to the importance of self love in every situation. he focuses very much on the present and how the past is the past and we should never let it affect our present.

Life changing
There’s so many lessons in this book it’s hard to comprehend at once – had to listen to this twice and I’m planning to buy a hardcopy. Just you wanna regret it.

Such a great book!
Could listen to this book 101 times. Really valuable and logical messages in every chapter and narrated in a way that made it sound poetic and easy to listen to.

Lacks engagement
I didn't love the narration here - felt it was slightly wooden, which took me away from the content.
I had a few "that's true!" moments but couldn't really engage, which is a shame as I was looking forward to reading.

Wise words from Humble the Poet.
A beautifully read book with 101 takeaways. I will be coming back to this book again & again! I write notes & discussed the truths with my husband & friends.
A thought provoking book which makes you look at yourself, inside & assess without being judgmental. A easy to dip in & out. A must listen (or read)!

Simple but effective
daily motivationals for the struggling person looking to make the first steps. Topics covered repeatedly but repetition is key and in life those affirmations have proven to help us change our mindset. A quick listen and enjoyable
