I get it
After a recent outburst of what I now know to be IED I have been researching the issues I have. This audio book nailed some things for me. The sections are clear and not too long and don’t contain too much psycho jargon. Great listen and it’s been helpful to point me the right direction to get help

some excellent insights to unf*ck anger!
I listened to this on audible and the narrator had a highly engaging style, as if it could have been the author herself speaking. The best thing I found about this book is that it's to-the-point, backed by sound ideas, science, frameworks and philosophies. It was so easy to consume and digest the ideas, and right what I needed. Worth taking some notes down if you're looking to change some aspect of your life negatively affected by anger.

Well Worth a Listen.
I’m usually pretty sceptical about these types of book. However, credit where credit is due, I found this book to be very good. I would expect that to extract the full value from the book, it will take multiple reads and a disciplined as approach to its teachings.

How to save yourself
I wish I’d heard this book sooner. But after listening to it I know I wouldn’t have really understood and accepted everything in it until everything in my life that led up to me needing to read it. I’ll be listening to it every so often. Just to keep it all in my brain. Thank you Dr Harper.
