The voice of narrator is perfectly paced for the nonfiction book on psychology. It is hard to find a voice that is equal parts engaging and neutral to help the book flow, here, Steve Owens helps get the jungian terms and objectives become even clearer.
A must read for any man, or anyone who has encountered one in real life :)

This is one of my favourite James Hollis books but it is sadly let down by a wholly inappropriate style of narration. This kind of book needs a thoughtful, reflective tone. What we get is a Raymond Chandler style presentation. Ugh. I hope that one day the publishers re-voice these books.

Everything said is as true for man as it is for women. Growing is a human endeavour, not a man’s problem. Failing to recognise this encapsulates the problems man and women face. Apart from that, an enlightenment of a book.
