I’ve listened to about thirty Nora Roberts books and I’ve listened to this one three times. Some of them aren’t great, I’m no blind super fan, but this own really is brilliant.
Plot, character, story arc, psychology, thriller, twists and turns, the depth of her research. It’s a joy. A perfect listen for me. Up there with The Witness and Shelter In Place.

Drove my husband bonkers as constantly listening to this book. Loved the main characters and constantly praying for a happy ending. Although hard to imagine so much grief and pain happening to one family the book was a great listen amd narrator superb.
