It’s Miss Lippy from Billy Madison!

Narrator is trying wayyy too hard. Highlighted by the ultra dry chapter announcer guy and annoying LOUD background music that never stops.
FYI it’s less painful to listen with speed up to 1.2x, but I still don’t think I’m gonna make it through.
