I always thought that when I got pregnant, I’d be happily bonded and ready to start a family.

I loved this book and how Thomas and Sebastian both have been hurt before and now plan the surrogacy but then this changes when feelings are involved. It has hurt, sorrow, love and finding oneself. Lance does a brill job in narrating it

Thomas and Sebastian both want and need a second chance for different reasons. After Thomas gets vold feet, Se. bastian is very understanding and they truely connect and they both get what they need and want. Some of the side characters are really likeable on their own and give the story an extra sprinkle I found this a good listen with nods to contemporary issues. And at the end we get a sweet baby girl, because yes this is a Mpreg.
While this book is partm of a series it can be picked up as a standalone.
Lance West did a good job in 'translating' the book to voice and made it so that I was finished before I knew it.
