I loved unblocked, listening to the audio was a little harder when it came to doing the tasks though.
Although the scripts are available online, to read this book again I will buy paper / hard book and make doing the work much easier

After a false start with the intro, I began sgain some months later with chapter 1. What a strong resonance!! I really thought I was finally on to something helpful. BUT - the accompanying pdf DOES NOT contain the tapping scripts meaning you can't read aloud as Margaret suggests. NOR can you know when to move from one tapping point to the next. Finally, there are no links to bonus material and discussion.
