Disappointed

If you want to know about property investments then read other books by the same author, were the subject is covered more completely.
What remains after property advice is in my view distinctly common rather than uncommon advice.
1,) don't follow the crowd
2.) if it seems too good to be true it often is
Got both those already? Then move along there's nothing to see here.

OK and interesting but rather general

This was a decent read but marred by a narrator whose staccato timbre made it hard for me to get into any sort of flow listening.

Overall I felt the book covered a lot of ground but I wanted more depth in most areas. It appears to be aimed at the beginner business mindset.

As with all these books, there is always something useful and helpful to take away and this is a good one to let wash over you as you potter around rather than being a 'how-to' guide for anything. I'll go through it again and am sure I'll find more nuggets.

I'd recommend you give this a go.
