Summary

Enjoyed it
Listened to all 5 books in a matter of weeks, really enjoyed the story. Not the best I’ve listened too and sometimes a bit repetitive in parts but overall definitely worth listening too! Shame the 6th book is not on audio debating if I should read it or wait?

Good story,good plot twists
I enjoyed the story, plenty of interest and plot twists to keep the interest going.
Narrator poor. Overly nasal, and regular additions of additional unnecessary grunts/sounds/words/uh's in sentences that ruined the flow and just got annoying. ie 'it ruined-uh the flow' Pointless and irritating.

Each tale gets better and better . As we find out more about Aileen , her gifts and her heritage , a complex web of attempted assassinations weave around her . Brilliant story , brilliant narration , I want more please !

On the whole decent
Some aspects of the main character I wasn’t keen on sometimes they were a little wet or they stubborn sass came over as a bit teenage strop and some of the dialogue became a bit woke and nicey nicey but on the whole an engaging and enjoyable listen
