About this listen

This book offers you the opportunity to try and address musculo/skeletal pain from the comfort of your own home, it is designed as a guide to complement what western medicine offers and NOT to replace it.

The book describes what can cause musculo/skeletal pain and offers a technique to guide you through how to relieve trigger points that could be the underlying cause.

However if you don't find the results you are looking for, other types of complementary medicine may provide you with the much desired relief from your suffering.

Finding the right tool that works for your body sometimes requires trying a number of different complementary medicines. The author believes that our body is energy and with tapping into and moving the energy our bodies can be stimulated to heal from many types of conditions including pain. She wishes a pain free, happy life to all her readers and anyone suffering from pain and hopes that the information in this book provides helpful and gives you relief.

This audiobook is clearly spoken and easy to listen to.

This self help guide to overcome musculoskeletal pain in a non invasive way has been well described and easy to follow.

Already having the paperback copy given as a gift, is certainly useful to use in tandem with the audio. The physical book allows you to see the diagrams and where to apply the pressure. Once you have clarified this you can follow the spoken instructions more easily.

I would recommend this book to anyone who is suffering from muscle and joint pain and wish to help themselves.
