I loved this book, as I have with all of TM’s other books & it had me gripped from the start.
I really wanted to comment on the actress who read this though- she was absolutely phenomenal. Her accents were so consistent & believable and her male voices truly remarkable. I’m going in search of other books read by her just for the performance!

This was so enjoyable. I’ve loved this author’s work. I always know what’s happening and I do hate that about myself. No one wants to watch films with me! This was still a real thriller and the narration was amazing.

As my title suggests the story was excellent. Towards the end I did suspect who the perpetrator was but I would say I’ve listened to so many murder mysteries I’m getting really good as guessing endings.

The narrator though was absolutely terrible. Probably the worst I’ve listened too. Her voices for the characters we confusing at times as she seemed to muddle them up. Overall if it wasn’t such a good story I would have given up on this book. It’s such a shame as the narrator almost ruined the book for me.

If you can get past the bad narration it really is a good book. Only 3 stars as that really let this listening experience down.

Incredibly enjoyable story and the ending did shock me! Absolutely adored listening to it and the narrator is fantastic! I sometimes cringe when female VA try and do male voices but Gregory is wonderful to listen to, her voice as the Leon character made the hackles stand up on my neck!! Very chilling!!!!

Going to seek out more works by Logan and books narrated by Gregory!

Loved this story, love the author’s books. So twisty turny. Thought I’d worked it out but I hadn’t. Read it so quickly as I couldn’t put it down. Sad to finish it as it was so good.
