Very entertaining collection!

The majority of these macabre tales are excellent. The rest aren't bad, just ordinary. A couple of the about the author segments are unintelligible due to being merged with others forcing you to try to listen to 2 at once.

Trick or Treat Thrillers

Twenty three different tales perfect for Halloween! I really enjoyed these stories. Narrator did a good job.

Horror for Halloween!

Roma Gray always does a great job with her anthologies of thrillers for Halloween. This collection of 23 tales is no exception. From killer snakes (UGH!) to ghosts, from creatures of the dark to serial killers, this has something for every reader that enjoys horror.

Some of the tales are creepier than others and some held my attention better than others, but it is always that way with a collection of short stories. There is enough variety to satisfy everyone and enough creepiness and scares to delight the horror lover.

I was delighted to read stories from some of my favorite authors and I found some new favorites as well. Some of these tales will definitely stay with me for a long time and I am sure that I will listen to them every Halloween.

The narrator, Vance Williamson, does a great job and his pacing and voices were perfect. The sound effects added a lot to the stories and I liked the way he used them. I was given the chance to listen to the audiobook version of this book by the author/publisher/narrator and chose to review it.
