I love Victor the assassin, this one is my second time of reading and just as good as the first.

Victor the character has been so finely crafted with such depth and layers that even when you think you know him well, you don’t.

A great story with lots of different and interesting characters.

I think the scene where he was extracting information from the man in the hospital, delving around inside his body and pronouncing how he could improve his life if he changed certain habits, only to have him be killed a few minutes later by others and then be in the lift with them, the revelation of the shoes giving them away. That was the best scene, for me. But its difficult to choose as the writing is so good.

One of my favourite authors by far.

Great book from start to finish, really enjoyed the story Noble does a fantastic job bringing the characters and story to life.

The title says it all…so many unexpected changes in plot. There are some other authors who have a similar main character but, in my opinion Tom Wood is the master of this genre.
And superbly read with subtle, perfect accents and impressive pronunciation in different languages plus that measured ever cal.m Viktor’s thoughts pace.
