After the cliffhanger from the last book I'm so glad I didn't end up feeling devastated, this was also the book I was waiting for in the series as we got to see more back story for certain characters and relationships develope further, this series just makes me happy,

This book is so ferocious. It has massive shocks, reveals, scares, and such tender moments, too.😍

I absolutely loved this story. It was something that I was hoping to break up my days and relax but I was soo caught up in the story and the individual characters that I couldn't stop listening to it. Hoping to drift off to it in the evenings didn't go well when I couldn't sleep because all I could think about was the next step. Fantastic amount of character depth cliff hangers and smut. Perfect dark fantasy romance.
