it's was such a joy to listening to this book while in quarentine. the author nor only remembered me about the importance of a community but also gave me hope that heal our relationships is possible. I totally recommend this book! it would be wonderful to listen to it with your kids or beloveds.

The ideas in this book are essential for the future well-being of the human race. You can see the effect of disconnection everywhere you look, from the distrust of conspiracy groups, to the normalisation of the nuclear family as opposed to belonging to nurturing, caring communities.
Reading this book opened my eyes to the cause of much of the world problems - the feeling of being disconnected.

There is so much truth and familiarity in this book I'm getting goosebumps only 2 chapters in. Vivek's voice is also the right balance between wise, educational and comforting. Easy to digest. There is content in here that every human needs to hear right now. Love it.
