Today is a Rainy Day is a sensitive, heartwarming story about a Black family who is trying to support their loved one who is experiencing depression (i.e., “rainy day”). The story is told from the perspective of a little Black girl, Imani, who learns how low mood can impact one’s day from her younger brother, Isaiah.
