This was an interesting listen. I think most of us who were old enough to remember, remember what it was like during the Covid pandemic. There was a lot of confusion and doubt mixed in with strong convictions and a lack of clarity that made containing the pandemic challenging. What I wasn't expecting was for this audiobook to capture those emotions, in the midst of some time travel and a bit of sweet small town romance. That is a lot for this novella to tackle which it manages well. The story is quite fast paced with plenty to keep the reader/listener hooked!
