A must read for all HSP’s

Wish I would have had this book when I was in High School. This is a must have resource for all highly sensitive people as navigating the overstimulation often involved with work and career is key in our ability to thrive in life. I appreciate that Dr. Cooper includes info specific to sensation-seeking HSP’s.
