the story is one of the funniest ever written and has not aged in the slightest. I grew up listening to this version, and am delighted it's finally on audible. mister Nicholas is absolutely perfect for the job, injecting so much life and energy into it. the previews of the other versions sound monotone in comparison. try it, you won't regret it

the best audiobook I have ever heard.
