Submarine commander Aiexi Novskoyy has been sprung from prison by a multibillion-dollar organization with a very special mission in mind. I love this series. It keeps getting better with each book. There isn't a weak link in the series. Each book can be read as a stand alone but is enhanced by knowledge of the previous book.
What I really like is detailed description of the workings of weapons and systems both real and futuristic. Mixed with an intriguing storyline and great characters.
