Interesting book

What an interesting book. Definitely learned a lot about how the brain works and how to make the most of it. I really liked the chapter on how to reverse ageing of the brain. Get doing those maths puzzles!

Fascinating book!

Really loved this book! I loved how the author goes into all the different things that effect your brain and how especially the body is linked to brain health and so is important to be healthy not just for your body, but also your brain!
Narrator was also really easy to listen to. Highly recommend!

Comprehensive Hand-Guide

This is a really interesting tutorial that will assist you in expanding the capabilities of your brain to its fullest. I liked how the author stressed the need to maintain a good lifestyle and nutrition for a healthy brain. I was surprised to find out how many ways I might improve my cognitive abilities by making very few adjustments to my lifestyle.
This book has a natural flow to it and is simple to comprehend. The author is obviously quite knowledgeable in this field since much material is presented here. What an excellent book it is!

Excellent Information!!

This is a very informative guide to developing your brain to its best potential. I especially loved how the author emphasized how to keep the brain healthy with diet and lifestyle. I learned so many ways I could change my brain performance with just small lifestyle changes.

This book flows easily and is easy to understand. There is a great deal of information, and the author is clearly an expert in this area. What a great book!
