If you're in a moment of healing and internal growth, the first part of the book is perfect.
Now you go onto the next few chapters say mid way onwards and all you do is basically cry your eyes out and go back to the starting healing point.
Id say, choose the chapters you want to listen to, before you do.

Fantastic short book to listen to. I would highly recommend this especially if you’ve been/ going on through a break up and you want some clarity on those thoughts and feelings that we all experience.

Beautiful and moving collection of essays. Encouraged me to be open and honest with my partner, as an autistic person. Should be renamed something like “essay’s in openness and communication in love”. I could see things from different perspectives, being the one in love and the one loved. I will listen again and encourage others to do so. I celebrate the author being vulnerable and sharing her innermost thoughts. Thank you Heidi
