Stop me if this sounds familiar:

A retro, Cold War run-around with the Ice Warriors... Fun but not terribly radical, which is odd coming from Marc Platt, and hard to imagine in the Cartmel era, where it would've been a dip in quality after the artistic heights of season 26.
