This book has a good story line, I may have enjoyed it more if i read instead of listened to it, the narrator can be a bit over the top sometimes always sounding like she reading out poetry or anguishing text. The romantic scenes are quite cringe, but if you can get passed that i really enjoyed the story line and i am looking forward to the next book.

If you want to read something just as good as the cruel prince then read this. If you want to read something like a court of thorns and roses without the racist author and no POC & LGBT representation, THEN READ THIS!!!!
It’s so amazing.
The characters, the plot, the representation, the description- it is literally indescribable.
I cant wait for book 2.
A must read!
