Summary
Theo Montgomery grew up in a rich family where he had all the toys and trinkets money could buy. But his childhood was full of neglect, and he was bullied at school.
Now he is an adult, he longs to find a soul mate. Someone who understands him. Someone who will love him unconditionally. Then, one day, Theo meets Anna Cole in a lift. Anna grew up in a care home and has always wanted to create the noisy family life she never had. She brings love and laughter into Theo's life. Superb.
I listened avidly to such a beautiful, true to life story, wonderfully narrated. Would highly recommend, both Amanda Prowse and the narrator, Oliver Hembrough.

Theo wow lovely novel
Amanda has written another amazing novel!! I feel sad and wept when I finished this book. It felt like I knew Theo and his life . It’s a book about the learning curve of life itself , love , family and close friends , it’s made me look at my own childhood and the way we all relate to each other. Thankyou Amanda

loved this but struggled with the narrator ....
the narrator made me cringe when he did Anna's voice, it just didn't fit the character at all. he wasn't so bad doing kitty. there isn't a Amanda Prowse book that I don't love, please write more x
