Summary

Some wounds don't heal....

For some servicemen and women, coming home means the end of war. But for the Marines of Weapons Company, it's not so simple. Sometimes, the war follows you home.

After the suicide of a fellow brother-in-arms, marine-turned-veteran-advocate Marcus Simpson organizes a weekend getaway through a nonprofit agency.

Marcus has seen too much to allow another brother to become a statistic. He knows that one weekend isn't enough, but maybe if he can get through to them, he can convince them to seek professional help. But what happens when a man's mind has been broken beyond repair? What happens at...the warrior retreat?

I loved the narration of Griswold Addams, who brings out the characters and twists

We a group of war torn marines, having just come home from the war. Each one coping with the pain of war in different ways.
Marcus wants to help his brother in arms, from their fights. Will a weekend retreat help. But can a man's mind that broken heal in that time.

Gripping Story

Written by a man with experience this is a gripping story about a number of marines coming home from war. They each cope differently, or not as the case may be. Highly recommended and well worth it's 5 stars. The narration was spot on and added plenty of atmosphere to this horrendous story.
I was kindly given a copy of the book and leave this honest review.
