Dads rarely admit it out loud. But the pressure is real.
You're juggling work, marriage, fatherhood, your own habits, and the quiet fear that you're not showing up the way you're meant to.
You know you can be more.
You just haven't had the roadmap.
The Warrior Dad is that roadmap.
By the time your kid turns 12, you've used 75% of the time you'll ever have with them. By 18? Ninety-five percent.
Most dads don't do the math until it's too late.
You don't have to be most dads.
Inside The Warrior Dad, you'll discover:
The Bookends System—how to control the two windows (morning and night) that quietly run your entire life
Power Language—the words sabotaging you without your knowing, and the ones that rewire your subconscious for action
The 18 Seasons Framework—the math of fatherhood every dad needs to see before it's too late
Daily Bids for Connection your kids actually respond to
How to raise lions, not sheep—and why letting your kids fail is the most powerful gift you can give them
The Family Tree decision—and why it takes only ONE DAD to change yours forever
It only takes ONE DAD to change a family tree forever. This book is for the dad ready to be that one.
Start tonight. Apply it tomorrow. Become the dad your kids will remember with pride—not regret.

It’s also made me look at my relationship with my own parents more differently, the inverse of Jeff’s “95% of time with our kids is gone by age 18” idea.
I’ve also known Jeff personally for years and worked with him in the past as a performance coach and leader of a mastermind I was a part of.
The message of this book is one you cannot ignore. Kids are the future. And the way the world has been going for decades hasn’t exactly set up most people for success.
When you read the Warrior Dad you give yourself a chance to not only reverse the damage that was done by the societal norms, the rarity of good role models and for lack of a better word, not enough education about how the real world works but also to hand down the blueprint to future generations.
The stuff Jeff talks about is simple (almost laughable) obvious, and most importantly practical. This is a book you can read and implement not just leave to collect dust on your shelf.
As I mentioned before I’ve known Jeff for years, and the opening chapter showed me things I didn’t know. Which goes to show just how qualified Jeff is to help someone turn their life around but also the strength that comes with the being vulnerable.
If you’re a dad, a dad to be, a high performer or anyone who just wants to do better, this is a book you won’t regret picking up.
A message you can’t ignore.
