‘After a couple of weeks, I found myself standing outside the voids in the middle of the night listening for human activity, for any sign of life at all. Excellent work

Very well written beautiful prose filled with touching , Deep quotations,the storyline is realistic and raw . One of the best books I’ve read .

Very funny, heartbreaking, and wonderfully surreal

Not the journey I expected to be taken on at all - I very rarely find a book that can make me laugh out loud and also shed a tear. Robin Laing does exactly enough to give each character a voice without ever overdoing it. Highly recommended.
