Another quick listen diving deeper into this world. I have read other books set in this world prior to listening to this one. I enjoy the short stories and will continue with this series and world setting. Narration enjoyable, although it seems like it has a weird echo sometimes.

The Vixen’s Bark by Laura Greenwood is a shifter romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Libby Kerk.

I just love Laura’s books! They always leave me begging for more! I cannot wait to dive into the third book in the series The Necromancer's Prey to get Alden and Rory’s love story.

Libby did a great job on the narration. I cannot wait to listen to more of her projects in the future.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves Paranormal Romances.

This was my first shifter book from the paranormal council and what a book to start with. it is beautifully written short story that was a joy to listen to.
It was my first time listening to Libby Kerk and she did a good job with her narration. She has a lovely soft voice which gives Ari an unusual quality to her character which i really enjoyed. The only aspect i struggled with was the male voices, they came across as too feminine, although because of the writing of the story i could easily follow who was saying what so it didn't have an impact on my listening.

Overcoming life for love.
Paranormal council members are forbidden to mate. When Arabella and Bjorn started seeing each other, neither of them wanted to admit it was more than a fling. If Bjorn wants to make his mate happy, he needs to fix the outdated laws. Talking to the head of the council is just the start but may their secret isn't so secret after all.

The vixen's Bark is the second book in the Paranormal council series. Both can be read as standalone's. I listened to the audiobook which I received in exchange for an honest review. The narrator has a nice soft female voice. I would recommend this audiobook.
