About this listen

With more than 200 million copies of his novels sold, Dean Koontz is an undisputed master. And in The Vision, he once again displays the talent that led the Chicago Sun-Times to call him "brilliant"- and the San Diego Union-Tribune to praise his "always riveting" writing and his "wonderfully fiendish" plots.

The Vision - one of Koontz’ early novels - is a chilling look into the paranormal and what occurs when a psychic channels the mind of a crazed killer. Mary Bergen, a gifted clairvoyant, uses her psychic ability and haunting visions to help the police solve crimes both past and present while feeling powerless to stop the murders, until she envisions her own death.

I wished the make narrators would not try to replicate a female voice, it irritates.

This book was easy to listen too, but wasn't the best book I've ever heard.

I found Mary really annoying! But the book did have a great twist at the end which made it all worth while.

An ok listen..

This was only the second Dean Koontz book is listened/read.The first book was great this one was unfortunately not great! It seemed to be one long laborious therapy session playing at a small spead. The narrator was great he was just let down by the material! All in all - a well read, predictable story that would have been much better as a novella!

Not the best but not the worst either

This book had everything you could wish for, a serial killer, a touch of romance, and a clairvoyant. The ending was very edge of your seat stuff. The narrator built a picture of all the characters using different tones, that made them very believable. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Terrific
