Summary

As heir to the Vendetti Empire and the capo dei capi’s throne, he’s only required to do one thing. He must get married to prove that he’s matured and is stable enough to take over. The stipulation doesn’t sound like much of a challenge until he realizes who his betrothed is. Violet’s the Bottaro Princessa, not just a random woman he met by chance in another country. She’s young - too young by his standards. She’s headstrong - a problem for a dominant man like Matteo. She’s desirable - the biggest issue of all. Before long, Matteo’s questioning himself, wondering if Violet’s really such a burden, or if just maybe, he’s falling in love with something other than the Empire.

OMG! Brilliantly written, hot story.
Sapphire never fails to produce stories you cannot put down once you start reading and this audible is no different. The narration is brilliantly performed simultaneously by both male and female which helps with the flow of the story, bringing it to life. The Capo dei capi had me hooked from the start with the introduction of the seven brothers of the Vendetti family. Violet may be have had a conventional marriage in mind but, the Vendetti family tradition is anything but traditional and starts the journey of Matteo “Ruthless” Vendetti and the love he never expected have for his new Queen. Great storyline, beautifully written and super hot.

Steamy sizzling story
Matteo Vendetti is heir to the Vendetti Empire and new capo dei capi’s, Violet’s the Bottaro Princessa. Little did then know they were to be betrothed to each other, Matteo & Violet sizzling HOT chemistry. Cant say any more with out spoiling the story. I was gifted audio code, loved duet narration from Rachel Woods & Luke Parker. Awesome audio Sapphire

Good listen
I really enjoyed this book. Some parts I thought we're slow but when thinking about it after the story wouldn't flow properly. If your looking for a good mafia book this is it
