Okay I can safely say I have not heard an audio book quite like this one before. Yes it's the normal super hero's going to school to learn how to control there powers and become a team but what makes this team different is there powers and if you can get past the grossness it is a good story. Let's just say it's a good job listening to an audio book doesn't treat you to the smells and visual pictures. I liked the characters and the banter between them. The story takes a lot of twists and turns towards the end of the book, with them experiencing time loops and things, which keeps you on your toes and makes sure you are listening.

At the APEX Academy team nine is the reject team, the team nobody wants to be on, the team most likely to be flunked. However you should not discount the underdogs, especially when there powers are so gross other teams don't want to spar against them. It's a team that can literally stink out there opponents and they are the only ones standing in the way of annihilation. With students disappearing and others having no memories of there existence the team will have to uncover the schools deadly secrets.
I liked the narrator. He had a pleasant voice that he put to good use but also added in sound effects to take it to another level.
