About this listen

After cutting through the fences in the safari park and an epic battle between a gorilla and a lion, Howie and his group make it back to the fort.

Day 14 culminates with a vicious battle during a storm so huge it changes the landscape around them, leaving Nick with no choice but to tackle the doctor and his men alone.

Love every minute of these books. Try them you wont be disappointed. Haywood is in my humble opinion on his way to being one of the best story tellers of his generation

Love this series. I felt this was better than the last book but I prefer the laughter and good humour than the details of rapes etc.
Looking froward to next instalments- but can't find them to put on my wish list

Can't wait for next instalment

Dan Morgan is much more natural if not better with the voices. I wish he continued with the rest of the series. He helped capture the spirit of the many characters and their personalities.

Book as always hits the spot. This being one of my favourites.

One of the best...

After 10 books and many hours of listening these characters become like close friends. To change narrator after so long is like to come home and find all your family look act and sound completely different. Joe has a hard job to smooth over that jarring difference but in some ways he does a better job. The horror of some of the undead characters is better executed and more unnerving. His accents are also more ranged and don't sound like the same man doing a slightly different voice like Dan. Dave and Paula could be better but I can live with that. Shame on you Dan.

Love this series but very disappointed that Dan Morgan abandoned its fans
