The 28th installment in the UK's Bestselling Horror Series.

"My name is Howie. I was named after my father, Howard, but having two Howards was confusing, so I became Howie. I am a supermarket night manager. This is my account."
When a deadly infection spreads across Europe, supermarket manager Howie’s ordinary life is thrown into chaos. As the world crumbles around him, he teams up with his autistic best mate, Dave and a ragtag group of misfits to face an enemy unlike any other—the undead. But this isn’t just any infection. It evolves. It learns. And it’s getting smarter every day. Howie soon learns that nothing is quite what it seems - and neither is he.
With fast-paced, blistering action, The Undead series follows Howie and Dave and their unlikely friends as they become the only hope for humanity pitted in a race against time to stop the infection before it becomes clevererer than them. Which honestly wouldn't be that hard.©2024 R.R. Haywood (P)2025 W.F. Howes Ltd. Dystopian Horror Post-Apocalyptic Science Fiction

But this book is super special because it brings some of the threads together. Jaws will drop. There's a right ROYAL rumble 😉

Amazing as always

As someone who was a little critical of the past few books in the series this is a return to what we love.

The new characters add some gravitas to the story which is great to see. The development of relationships between all the players is amazing. The ending just leaves you waiting to see what happens next.

Bring on the next (thankfully longer) instalment.

Well done Mr Haywood!!!

I love all RR Haywood‘a books and have really enjoyed this latest series. The battle for Winchester is sooooo good with great fights and brilliant characters. I laughed out loud and felt feelings and can’t wait for the next audible release.

Best part of this latest series, The Rain

this book is a culmination before a revelation. in fairness, and yet... and yet. it somehow manages to balance the action, characters & has tonnes of undead charm flowing throughout the book. a great achievement by mr haywood, yes indeed.

another reward for reading this long
